Confetti Moon is my creative small business... equal parts love & rebellion! Everything I do is an expression of my head and heart - a reflection of how I process the world around me. I like to make weird things! Social commentary in the form of dark humor and sarcasm is a recurring theme in both my life and work. I love to marry absurd observations and statements with hearts, sparkles, and frills in order to create unique items that bring levity to what can often feel like an overwhelming world.

The curator is me, a queer, scatterbrained introvert. I'm a thinker, I ramble, I get distracted easily and use curse words casually. I'm quiet unless excited or upset about something and in those cases, I will never shut up. Social justice matters to me. I'm a radical believer in taking care of everyone. I like to travel. I used to live in a school bus, but have since bought a century home with my husband in Akron, Ohio. I like sunshine and good food and plants and tiny things and sitting on my porch with my cat, Shrimp. One of my favorite memories from childhood is learning how to sew with my great grandma, Goldie, while watching divorce court in her apartment.
